A long-time favorite Italian eatery was destroyed by a tragic fire back in 2015. Carmine’s Restaurant was a staple in the WNY community for 25+ years. Thankfully, a new location opened on Transit Road and foodies can enjoy chef Tim Wicher’s creations once again.
Carmine’s 2.0 blends the old with the new. The inside of the restaurant is completely remodeled and promises a more modern, sleek atmosphere. Outside there’s a patio beautifully adorned with flower baskets and colored with lounge furniture and table seating.
As for the food, you can expect the same home cooked Italian recipes you know and love. Your tried-and-true classics are on the menu, including Chicken Picatta, Eggplant Parmesan, and Tortellini Ala Carmine.

Pasta By The Bucket
When you are grabbing food for the whole fam, go big before you go home – get a bucket. For $27.99, you get 2 ½ pounds of pasta, a quart of sauce, 4 meatballs, chef salad, and bread. This is enough to keep at least four humans happy and full.
BTW if you’re throwing a party where eating and celebrating is involved, the guys and gals at Carmine’s got you covered. They offer drop-off catering for parties of 10 or more and have in-house banquets available. In other words, you have options and both are tasty for everyone involved. Skip the stress because less time spent cooking = more time spent eating and drinking. That sounds like a recipe for success to us!
Did we mention Carmine’s won the Chairman’s Choice award for their Crab cake stuffed shrimp at Taste of Buffalo? Cause they did. Talk about coming back with a bang.
