The truck:

Buffalo’s food truck scene is pretty great these days, and lucky for us it just keeps getting better. Now we have a brand new food truck serving up something we never knew we needed: Nashville-style hot chicken. Loose Cannon is finally here and stepping up the WNY food truck game. Thinking of starting your own food truck? This is now the level we’re at.

Loose Cannon is the first food truck of their kind with food based on your favs from Nashville, Tennessee. Bonus: Everything is made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients from Buffalo and WNY.  Loose Cannon was started by a small group of people who were sick of working an average 9 to 5 job and wanted to do something they were passionate about. Who isn’t passionate about Nashville hot chicken tho amiright? Thus, they decided to make their dreams a reality and Loose Cannon was born.

In addition to Food Truck Tuesdays, you can find Loose Cannon all over WNY ~and~ they’re available for graduations, weddings, birthday parties, and literally anything you can think of. AND if you do hire them for a private function they will work with you to create a custom menu for your event (!!!) aka all the yaaaas

The food:

These fine folks are always trying out new menu options, and of course they have a staple menu as well. Thai Chicken Skewer, Bison & Leek Pot Stickers, Noodle bowl, and Smokey Mac and Cheese are just *some* of the delicious specialties you can find on their menu. But you’re here for the Nashville. Hot. Chicken. One take you an find is their Chicken and Waffle Cone, which is a waffle cone packed full of buttery mashed potatoes, bacon, gravy, and topped with chicken tenders. Seriously.

Last but not least, if you’re not a fan of lines/waiting ever, just text them and they’ll text you when your order is ready. WE KNOW IT’S GREAT.
