If you love cookies, you’re about to die over this online local dessert company that opened right at the beginning of quarantine.
After seeing a post on Buffalo Eats’ Instagram about this WNY “cookie” company and then spending half our day drooling over their Insta account, we’ve surfaced to tell you everything you need to know. 🤤
We say “cookie” because frankly the word cookie just doesn’t do these things justice.
Bflo Cookie Co’s cookie masterpieces are more like cookie bars and weigh in at a whopping 12oz (0.75lbs), measure at 4”x 4” x 2″ and come in a variety of over-the-top flavor combos. 🤯
Each cookie bar is one fourth of a square cookie pie(?), if you will, which means that every cookie comes with two middle sides and two edge sides. Each online order comes with 4 cookie bars.
At the time of publishing this post, some of the flavors offered include:
- Peanut Butter Jelly Time – Sugar cookie base with peanut butter, strawberry jam, and a strawberry toaster pastry in the middle. Topped with red sanding sugar , white chips and peanut butter cookies!
- Apple of my eye – Sugar cookie base with an apple poptart in the middle. Topped with a mini apple pie, oats, white chips and Carmel bites!
- Doughboy – Chocolate chip cookie dough base with a cookies and cream toaster pastry in the middle. Topped with a Little Debbie chocolate chip cream sandwich cookie, cookie crumbles, and chocolate covered cookie dough bites!
- Hangry – Chocolate chip cookie base layered with pretzels and honey roasted peanuts. Topped with more pretzels, honey roasted peanuts, cookie crumbles and goobers!
One order will cost you roughly $28 plus shipping, give or take a couple depending on the flavor. Delivery takes 2-5 days and quantities are limited in order to manage supply and demand, which means flavors do sell out and you should order quick if you see one you want.
According to their website, Bflo Cookie Co. doesn’t currently offer gluten free and vegan cookies, but they hope to soon.
