All-New Facility

If you’ve never worked out in a private facility before, you don’t know what you’re missing. Level up your workouts in Absolute PT’s brand new facility, with all of the equipment you need with none of the waiting or overcrowded areas.

Whether you’re in for a PT appointment or a personal training session, Absolute PT clients experience increased comfort levels during their workouts when compared to working out in a traditional open gym. This greatly increases your ability to focus on the workout and put in some serious work— all in a positive, welcoming, and encouraging environment.

Absolute Nutrition Counseling

Absolute PT is now offering one-on-one appointments with a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to help you achieve your nutrition goals! Clients will learn nutrition basics including macronutrients, estimating portion sizes, and reading food labels. The RDN will work with clients to find meal patterns that work best for each person. If your goals are different from the topics listed above, please still reach out, their RDN has many areas of interest and is happy to meet with you to discuss anything. Their main goal is to provide quality information to clients which allows you to feel empowered to make the best nutrition-based decisions for themselves.
