Can we all agree that tequila, tacos, and sunshine are the recipe for perfection? Muy Bien.
There’s nothing quite like patio sipping in the summertime, and Western New York has seriously stepped up its patio bar game, as of recently.
Hey Northtowns, we have good news for you. There’s a new patio spot open in town, and it’s a must-visit if you agree with the first sentence of this article. Papi Grande’s is bringing you “the ultimate cantina experience”.
How many margaritas is too many margaritas? The limit does not exist. Especially, when the bar is serving hand squeezed margaritas. #tacotuesdaygoals
If margaritas aren’t your drink of choice, you still have options on options at Papi Grande’s. From the minute happy hour starts to last call, the bartenders are mixing up specialty craft cocktails and they have 16 beers on tap.

Let’s talk food, because we love food. Food is our favorite. As foodies ourselves, trust us when we say the list of options impressive. They have all the classics covered– nachos, enchiladas, quesadillas, sizzling fajitas, tacos, burritos — the list goes on. Plus, they have daily specials.
Daily Specials:

  • Monday: Half Off Papi’s Nachos “Beef or Chicken”
  • Tuesday: $2 Beef or Chicken Tacos, $2.50 Corona Light Drafts
  • Wednesday: $3.99 Classic Lime Margaritas On The Rocks
  • Thursday: $4.99 Sangrias
  • Mon – Friday: Happy Hour from 4pm to 7pm: $4.99 Signature Cocktails and $2.50 Drafts.

Their appetizer options are strong. Personally, after reading the menu, we have our sights set on the Chipotle Corn Fritters, Southwestern Egg Rolls, and Fire Roasted Bean & Cheese Dip. Just to start, of course. Let’s be honest, eating is a marathon, not a sprint so we always save room for round two and three, and more cocktails, of course. Possibly round four if we’re feeling extra.
Wondering when you can squeeze Papi Grande’s into your restaurant rotation? How about next time you go see a movie? They’re located right next to the AMC theater. Pre-movie drinks are definitely a thing, we fully support it.
TLDR: Buffalo summers are too short NOT to try every single patio in the book. Go, now.
