Strong Hearts Buffalo is a 100% vegan fast-casual restaurant that started its roots in Syracuse, NY. When looking to expand business, they looked to Buffalo’s West Side. At the newly opened location, you can expect to find a variety of comfort food options as well as an impressive list of milkshake flavors to choose from. 2. Big Big Table

Non-profit restaurant, Big Big Table opened just under a year ago and with this opening came the unique business model of pay-what-you-can. Many have wondered how such a model could succeed but, through generous food donations and the help of volunteers, Big Big Table is still going strong in their mission to provide a response to hunger to anyone in need by allowing them to give what they can. Looking for the perfect mojito and empanadas combination? Look no further than Mint Cocktails & Kitchen.
