Located in the historic Marin Building in the heart of Buffalo’s Central Business District, Vault @ 237 is a restaurant, bar, and private event space spanning the two level basement of the 100 year old site.

After three years in the making, managing Partners Paul Kolkmeyer, Andrew Shaevel, and Don Brown, Jr. as well as Brookwood Hospitality, LLC of the Admiral Room are pleased to announce they are in their finishing stages of renovation.
With design playing a key focal point, the former home to the Marine Trust Bank will transfer guests back in time through the reuse of the bank’s historic Trust Department, safe deposit boxes, and iconic vault within the space. It’s proximity to Sahlen Field, Seneca One, KeyBank Arena, and Canalside, make the 130 seat restaurant, bar, & lounge on the upper level ideal for guests looking to grab a drink or bite surrounding downtown events. As for the lower level, this will act as a private dining & event space, perfect for celebrations with family and friends, business meetings, small cocktail parties, and more.
