New York Beer Project, just announced plans to open a Southtowns location in the next few years. They currently have locations in Lockport and Victor with another in planning Winter Park, Florida.

The new location will be at Sterling Business Park on a nine-acre wooded parcel off Windward Road off Route 219 in Orchard Park.
Plans call for the location to open sometime in 2023.
