When you think of “taste” events, we’re willing to bet you don’t usually think of wintertime. However, in a strange and wonderfully delicious turn of events, you actually can experience a “taste” event this winter – the Taste of St. Ben’s to be exact – thanks to St. Benedict’s School in Amherst near UB South.
St. Benedict’s, ranked the top Elementary School in the area, will host this tasty fundraiser on Friday, February 3rd from 6 – 8pm to help fund educational programs and scholarships. You’re basically eating to help fund education. Doesn’t get more fun than that!
The event will feature live music and hundreds of guests sampling from 20 different restaurants – you’ll get a punch card so that you can ensure you try all 20 on the list! Some of the participating restaurants that will be showcased at the taste include the new MTK Prime, Squire on Main, and Victorianbourg Wine Estate. More restaurants are getting added to the list daily and can be found here.
