SEAR, a local steakhouse located right downtown, might become your new favorite hot date night, family dinner, going out with friends and private party destination.
A “modern take on the traditional steakhouse,” SEAR uses a chef-driven menu and modern decor to take the word steakhouse to a whole new level. With 10,000 square feet, this place has it all; a lively bar, sit-down seating, and three private dining spaces.
As for the food, SEAR boasts an impressive menu full of a variety of steaks, chops, seafood and small plates (!!!) and a huge wine list (yes plz.) The atmosphere? Located on the first floor of the amazing Avant building, the ambiance is sexy and fun, with a hoppin’ bar and killer modern-meets-classic decor. Just wait until you see the chandelier.
BOOK A PRIVATE ROOM
We all know that some weekends you want to go out and share an incredible meal with your friends but also have some privacy. So if you really want to be a baller and throw a party for all your friends, book a private room.
The fully private room seats up to 12 friends and can be reserved for a $750 food and drink minimum on Sunday-Thursday nights, $1000 on Friday and Saturday nights. Hold up, let us do the math for you. That’s roughly $62 per person for a superstar status Thursday night out. And if you’re like us and really value the art of food and drink, you know it’s completely #worthit.
There’s also a 55-inch TV that can be hooked up for the game, a cool vintage movie, or whatever your thing may be, and frosted glass doors keep all the other guests out of your business. #nonewfriends

If booking an entire room isn’t your style but you’re still craving privacy, book ADPRO corner. It is a semi-private table off to the side featuring your own TV that can play anything your heart desires.
There’s one more – The Red Zone. The Red Zone is a large area at the back of the restaurant that can seat up to 36 people and separates you from the rest of the diners with a drop-down metal mesh curtain (getting serious Game of Thrones vibes here.) If mesh is still too revealing for you, the curtain can also be covered completely for more privacy.
