Soup is good for the soul. On a cold winter day in Buffalo, there’s nothing better than a pipping hot bowl of soup… except maybe an entire festival dedicated to soups. Get souper excited because Buffalo Soup-Fest is back for the 8th year in a row.
Get ready for hours of dish-filled deliciousness come January 28. This #SundayFunday: Soup Edition is a must-attend event. No tickets = no soup for you.
Soup lovers assemble. From 11 a.m. to 6 a.m. you can soup your little heart out aka #cantstopwontstop That’s the dream… amirite?

Pro-tip: Get presale tickets. Who doesn’t love a 50% off sale? Family 4-Packs are on sale for $10 now until January 27. That’s 4 tickets for the price of 2. Just bring your voucher with you on the day of.
Buffalo Soup-Fest is on a whole other level of soup lovin’. 25 restaurants are bringing over 75 different soups all in one place! Soups of all flavors will be served. Think chilis, gumbo, chowders, bisques, ramen, stews… need we say more?
The battle of the broth is real. Judges will be sampling and awarding the best of the fest in multiple categories. In other words, these local restaurants better bring it. And trust us, they always do.
More Pro Tips
Keep in mind this is a cash-only event, so stop at the ATM before you head inside. Soups can be purchased with “Soup Bucks” which are $1 each. The average cost per soup sample is 2 or 3 bucks each, and they are decent sized portions aka prepare yourself for a souperb food coma. There’s beer, too! Obviii. Come on guys, this is Buffalo…
This event is all about everyone’s favorite cold weather creation, and it’s not one you want to miss.
