Orangetheory is About to Start a Fall 6-Week Challenge, Here’s What’s Involved

With summer ending soon, it’s time to start thinking about a fall fitness plan. Staying active is relatively easy when it’s gorgeous out. Sunny days are ideal for biking around Delaware Park, kayaking at Canalside, or attending free outdoor workout classes. When temperatures drop, don’t lose your focus.

Instead, consider setting your sights on Orangetheory.

Orangetheory has been recognized for having the best one-hour workout in the country. Personally, we’re all about working smarter, not just working harder. So, the question is are you up for the challenge?

If your goal is strictly weight loss. Expect results. On average, members are losing 3 to 5 pounds per week with proper nutrition planning. Obviously, the results vary from person to person. But, we’re up for the challenge!

At Orangetheroy, it’s all about the afterburn. During class, participants are burning approximately 500 to 1,000 calories in just 60 minutes. We’ll say it again, the key is the afterburn. When class ends, calorie burning doesn’t. Participants keep burning for the next 36 hours.

Oh and BTW, results aren’t the only incentive. Cash is up for grabs. Starting September 11 through October 22, participants will be competing for a $500 grand prize. The top 3 men and top 3 women will walk away a little bit richer, and a whole lot healthier. That’s what we like to call a win-win. 😉

Pro tip: pay attention to the fine print. The winners must attend at least 3 classes per week. So, the next question is can you commit 3 hours a week for 6 weeks? Just 18 hours earns you a chance to put an extra 500 bucks in your pocket.
