Pizza Journal:Â Pasquale’s is just seriously good pizza. Each of the three locations is actually a well-run Italian restaurant with large menus and plenty of pizza to choose from. I just recently began eating Pasquale’s pizza regularly (whenever I can get my hands on it) and I love it. There is a whole lot of sauce, cheese and pepperoni to go around and the flavors are great. The crust isn’t the star here, although it is still very good. It makes way for the other pizza components to shine through. The sauce is on the sweeter side and the the pepperoni crispy. Pasquale’s is definitely worth a try and one of the better options in the South Towns. It’s a contender with Cappelli’s in my opinion.
Tester Observations:
CRUST:Â good, crunchy crust
SAUCE:Â sweet, a lot of sauce
CHEESE:Â normal amount
PEPPERONI:Â crispy, a lot of it, decent amount of spice/flavor
