In a sad turn of events, Pastry by Camille has decided to close their doors on their Hertel Avenue bakery. After closing their first Downtown bakery location, chef/owner Camille LE CAER focused on pumping out croissants, macarons, and more from Hertel Ave. Most recently LE CAER was known for launching Masterclasses and making an appearance on Guy’s Grocery Games.

“Aurevoir Hertel Avenue, Thank you all but I’ve come to a decision. Thanks to my staff, and all the foodies, May we meet again!”, wrote LE CAER in an Instagram post on May 11th. Head to Pastry by Camille’s Instagram and swipe through the several pages of heartfelt goodbyes for the whole story on how Camille LE CAER ended up on Hertel Ave and what’s next for one of Buffalo’s favorite “frenchies”.
