Getting married within the next few years? First of all, congratulations!

The time spent planning and preparing for your wedding is undoubtedly one of the most exciting times in a couples’ journey together. But on the other hand, it also has the potential to be incredibly stressful and overwhelming.

That’s where Poplar Hill Estate comes in.

A Dreamy Outdoor Wedding Venue

Located just outside of Buffalo in beautiful East Aurora, Poplar Hill Estate is a scenic outdoor wedding venue that’s known for bringing gorgeous rustic barn weddings to life— without the hassle.

Boasting 27 acres of picturesque land, Poplar Hill Estate provides the perfect setting for ceremonies, parties, and receptions. Just think of how beautiful your wedding photography will turn out in this breathtaking setting filled with gorgeous natural light!

What’s even better? Poplar Hill Estate only commits to one event at a time. No need to worry about things getting mixed up or guests from another party wandering in!

Set back a ways from the road, the Poplar Hill property is private and secluded in the best way, giving your special day a much more uniquely intimate feel that’s hard to recreate anywhere else.

“Build Your Own” Barn Wedding

In the hustle and bustle of wedding planning, the team at Poplar Hill Estate believes that when it comes to your big day, you should be focused on more important things than renting tables.

That’s why Poplar Hill’s venue rental plan includes all basic amenities, including:

  • Tables
  • Chairs
  • Tents
  • Getting Ready Spaces
  • Barn/Ceremony Area
  • Chair Set Up and Take Down
  • Decorative Arbor

As a venue fit for both ceremonies and receptions, you’ll save travel time on your big day while the Poplar Hill staff takes care of chair set up, take down, and more.

Design Your Day

Poplar Hill Estate is a “build your own wedding” venue, meaning they’ll provide all of the basics listed above, and you’ll bring the vendors that best fit your vibe, budget, and overall vision. No need to worry about extra fees for picking vendors outside of a preferred list here!

On the day of the wedding, couples and their families will have access to the venue for the entire day, from 10:00AM to 11:59PM.

And whether you choose an outdoor or indoor ceremony and reception, Poplar Hill has you covered with space to accommodate parties of up to 200 guests.

Their spacious tents provide plenty of room to enjoy the reception, while the lofts allow for versatile and unique options for entertainment and more. You truly can’t go wrong!
