“Harvest Moon: An Autumn Burlesque Show”
It’s about to get a whole lot sexier here in our little ol’ Buffalo. I’d suggest putting the kids to bed early and heading down to The Tralf Music Hall on Main St. as early as you can on Saturday, September 27th. In case you haven’t heard already (But honestly, how could you have not?!) that’s the date of, “Harvest Moon: An Autumn Burlesque Show” presented by the fabulous, talented, sleek and sexy… Eye Candy Burlesque! This is not your average Burlesque show my friends- composed of local Buffalo Professionals; this group dedicates their free time to entertaining Buffalo with a “little bit of strip, and a whole lot of tease!” Let’s Step Out Buffalo and get our sexy on this coming weekend at the Tralf!
What is Eye Candy? Something provocative that’s a pleasure to your sense of sight. Because, why should your mouth have all the fun? Eye Candy Burlesque is the brainchild of Chelsea Green, long time exotic dancer and owner of Pole-Play on Hertel Avenue (next to the North Park Movie Theatre). Chelsea has been making Buffalo a whole lot healthier and sexier for years, teaching classes like, “Beginner Level Pole,” “Burlesque Dance Workout,” and “Booty Pop.” After a career in teaching turned out to be a lot less inspiring than she’d hoped, Ms Green opened Pole-Play in 2005 and has been catering to the sexy women of Buffalo ever since.
The real news here is Eye-Candy, the Burlesque Troupe that has sold out shows consistently for two years, and been performing for eight. Featuring “an emcee, ten dancing girls, and a five-piece rockabilly band,” Eye-Candy is a truly LIVE event. Head on down to The Tralf early, get yourself a drink and some bar food and settle into your seat during the opening comedian. Up next is the main event- a two-hour topless revue with a beautiful group of women there to tantalize and entice the senses. The girls are fully choreographed, make their own costumes, and are unlike anything else in Buffalo. Hours of practice, choreographing and glue-gunning pay off in a big way with Eye Candy. The music too is a treat- provided by, “Kickstart Rumble” a rockabilly band that combines 50’s hits with country funk. An original band for an original show, that showcases the music of Elvis Presley, Buddy Holly, Johnny Cash and the soul of 1950’s American Rock n’ Roll.
This Autumnal themed show is sure to heat up The Tralf this September. Where will you be? Out in the cold? Or inside, heating up with Eye Candy Burlesque?
