Pizza Journal: Prima Pizza Pasta has your average pizza place Italian menu. This was my first time there. The pizza, as you can see in the picture looks very good – almost like the perfect pie. And it was good. The crust is pretty thin and crunchy as is the pepperoni. The sauce is on the sweeter side. The ingredients aren’t exactly as plentiful as you might see on other pizzas, oozing cheese and sauce with every bite. I like the crunch-factor of this pizza. I’d say it’s worth a taste if you’re in the area. *Late night available!

Tester Observations:

CRUST: very thin, crunchy crust

SAUCE: sweet sauce, not a lot of it

CHEESE: sprinkled spices on top, not a lot of cheese

PEPPERONI: spicy, crunchy, small

See where this pizza’s crust, sauce, cheese and pep fall on our observation meters. More importantly – what rating does it get on our LIKE-O-METER:
