Who doesn’t love a good bargain? If you live for the thrill of a bidding war or you’re simply looking for a great deal, put this auction house on your radar.

Cash Auctions was established in the late ’80s under Cash Cunningham.  When he passed away in 2016, his protege, Eric Monahan, stepped into the role to keep the auctions going and client profits growing.

Cash Auctions works with government agencies, banks, credit unions, trustees, realtors, business owners who are retiring, restaurants who have upgraded their equipment, retail stores looking to make space for new stock, executors of estates, and more. In turn, these items are then put up for auction; this is where bidding comes into play.

On average, Cash Auctions currently runs 2 auctions or more per week. Here, bidders will find a variety of items up for auction:

Need a new ride? Make a bid on a seized or repossessed vehicle. Are you a restaurant owner looking for some upgrades? Cash Auctions is WNY’s  #1 Auction House for restaurant equipment. Looking for Amazon products but at an even better rate?  They auction a wide range of new, unopened merchandise including returned items like home goods, electronics, bedding baby items, pet items, small appliances, wall decor, flooring, and so much more. Basically if it can be auctioned, they’ll do it!

Here’s how to find their auctions:

  • Visit their website and when you see an auction you are interested in, click bid now.
  • If it’s your first time bidding, you’ll be prompted to create an account. *Note: You need to be over the age of 18 to bid and you’ll be asked to provide your name, address, phone number and email.
  • If you’re interested in bidding on a specific item, you’ll be prompted to provide your credit card information on a secured site.
  • Be sure to read and accept the terms of sale before you bid, including the details section of the auction (located under the photo of the auction you clicked on) so you know when removal is, are updated on any special instructions pertaining to that auction, and helpful terms for the bidding process.

Don’t miss your chance at some unique finds! Stay up to date with the latest items up for bidding by following along with Cash Auctions on their Facebook page.
