1. Lightweight 30 

Everyone’s brand-new to boxing at some point. If that’s you right now, this class is a perfect match. 

This 30-minute class may be for beginners, but it’s still a solid session. You’ll start with a quick warmup of general body weight exercises and calisthenics, before breaking into 5 rounds of boxing, but don’t worry there will be active recovery in-between each round. By the end of the class, you’ll have burned up to 500 calories.

2. Prize Fighter 60

Take your workout to the next level with this 60-minute class. You’ll get 15 minutes of strength and cardio work in using kettlebells and medicine balls. Plus, 8 rounds of boxing. This class is open to all skill levels thanks to the super helpful instructors. P.S. You can expect to burn somewhere between 500 to 1000 calories during this class.

3. King of the Ring 90

Are you up for a challenge? This class is called king of the ring for a reason. It’s the ultimate boxing experience, and it’s only offered once a week. This 90-minute class involves 20 minutes of blended strength and cardio, 10 minutes of high intensity interval training, 12 rounds of boxing total, and a legit ab workout. BTWs this class is not recommended for beginners, but if you want an exceptional challenge, you’re welcome to join. If you add this class to your Saturday morning routine, prepare to burn well over 1000 calories.
