Summer is here and whether you like it or not it’s bathing suit season. Summers in Buffalo are not – we repeat NOT – to be taken for granted, and thankfully we have been #blessed with lots of great ways to get our summer body back while enjoying the nice weather.
One of these amazing fitness + enjoying the outdoors combos comes from our friends at Revolution Indoor Cycling with the introduction of their Destination Spin Classes. We love the workout atmosphere and vibe at both of the Rev studios and are *stoked* that this summer they’ll be taking everything we love about ‘em to the great outdoors. Yes you read that correctly: the fine folks at Rev decided it would be fun to get outside and take their bikes on the road! Picture it: the open air, sunshine, a nice cool breeze, and a killer backdrop at some of the best destinations in town plus that amazing workout you know and love from Rev. They are truly making getting in shape this summer as easy as pie. What like it’s hard?

The next Revolution Indoor Cycling Destination Spin Class is Rev + Sunrise Ride at Canalside on July 17th at 8am ~and~ 9am. The scenery. The sunshine. The sweat. Rev will have their stationary bikes down at Canalside for two sweaty, 45 minute, open air classes. Attendees will ride to bumpin’ beats with the wind in their hair and the sun on their shoulders all while surrounded by the sights of water, ships, and sky. And have no fear – the classes are appropriate for both beginners and those at advanced fitness levels, and of course are open to current Rev riders as well as the public. Registration is required and it’s only $20, so get it together and reserve your space now!

PS: There will also be two Destination Spin Classes at Larkinville, one on 9/7 and one on 9/14. Follow Rev on Facebook to stay updated on all the details!
Revolution is an indoor cycling studio and TRX fitness center that’s raising the bar on cycling and group fitness. They’re changing clients’ lives one pedal stroke at a time by merging active lifestyle, social engagement, and community good through classes + volunteer events. Plus they provide fun, safe, and high intensity workouts in a clean inviting environment with quality equipment, no distractions, and lots of energy. Hellooo perfection!

Check out their full list of classes here and up your fitness game at either of their two Western New York locations; 1716 Main St., Buffalo, NY 14209 and Rev@Jada, INSIDE Jada Blitz Training at 4685 Transit Road. Both are great options for a fun workout that’ll have you ready for that bathing suit in no time.
