If you are still sticking to your New Year’s resolution to eat healthier, major props to you. Eating out while eating healthy can be a serious struggle. And if you love eating local as much as we do, you understand.
The beginning of summer means it’s time for food festival season, and we all know Buffalonians love their food festivals. Ready to make avoiding food festivals a problem of the past? We have good news for you. No cheat day is required at A Taste of Lewiston this weekend.
Healthy choices are all over the local food scene thanks to Healthy Options, a program started by the Independent Health Foundation as a way to encourage healthy eating in our local community. You may have noticed the orange stickers popping up at Bills games and Food Truck Tuesdays, and you can expect them at food festivals too. First on the calendar is A Taste of Lewiston.
