TBH, the main thing that gets us through the craziness of holidays is the food. We love food. But if you aren’t about preparing food for 5 siblings, 10 nieces and nephews, 4 in-laws, 2 grandparents, 6 aunts and uncles, etc. etc., then these restaurants are about to be your saving grace. Here’s a list of restaurants in Western New York that will prepare a stress-free (for the most part, we can’t control what your Aunt Susie says after all) holiday dinner for you and the fam.

Buffalo Chophouse

Buffalo Chophouse

282 Franklin St / Buffalo | (716) 842-6900
Images of lobster tails and perfectly prepared steaks bouncing through your head? This may be your place.

Chez Ami @ Curtiss Hotel

210 Franklin St / Buffalo | (716) 842-6800
Chez Ami is a casual, but upscale restaurant, open from 2pm-9pm Christmas Day, serving everything from tuna, and octopus to roast chicken and Berkshire Pork — their menu sounds heavenly.

Kabab & Curry

8445 Main St / Williamsville | (716) 565-3822
Alright so this one won’t exactly be your traditional Christmas dinner — this family-owned restaurant serves amazing Indian and Pakistani (halal) dishes. If this is something totally new for you, the staff will guide you the whole way through.

Local Kitchen & Beer Bar

88 W Chippewa St / Buffalo | (716) 849-1000
Local Kitchen & Beer Bar is ready to prepare your entire Christmas dinner and drop it off for you to enjoy in the comfort of home.

Morton’s The Steakhouse

2 Fountain Plz / Buffalo | (716) 856-0157
From their famed, prime-aged steak to deliciously fresh seafood, Morton’s will have you feeling like this holiday is actually all about you.

MTK Prime

5195 Main St / Williamsville | (716) 428-3957
Another Steakhouse, but we assure you it’s just as good as the first, serving platters of shellfish, Rack of Lamb with Black Truffle Demi Glace, Cold Water Lobster Tail, Prime Cut Porterhouse for 2, and soo so much more.

Roasted Beet Salad, Olivers

Roasted Beet Salad with Smoked trout, fingerling potatoes, soft cooked egg, plato dale greens & mustard vinaigrette at Olivers

Oliver’s Restaurant

2095 Delaware Ave / Buffalo | (716) 877-9662
Oliver’s takes part in the Christmas celebration every year, serving a top-notch Christmas dinner from 1 pm to 8 pm.

We would book this one for their cocktails alone, but if they’re preparing Christmas dinner as brilliantly as they mix their cocktails, then this dinner will be one for the books.

Parkway Prime Steakhouse & Lounge @ DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel

401 Buffalo Ave / Niagara Falls | (716) 524-3333 ext. 7017
If you have family coming in for the holidays, this steakhouse could be perfect — with a hotel right there, a variety of perfectly cut steaks, and a casual atmosphere, this could definitely be a Christmas win.

Patina 250

250 Delaware Ave / Buffalo | (716) 290-0600
They have a “Deep Dish Apple Crumb” for dessert, were you ever going to make that at home?! Didn’t think so. For $49/person, everyone will enjoy a starter, entree, and dessert (AKA an amazing deep dish apple crumb or pumpkin pie). Seriously, the rest of the menu sounds just as delicious as the desserts.

SEAR Steakhouse

200 Delaware Ave / Buffalo | (716) 319-1090
We’re seriously considering canceling any plans we have and booking a reservation here. There Christmas Day menu sounds amazing. From 1pm to 8pm, SEAR Steakhouse will be serving dishes like Farm-raised New Zealand Lamb, Seared Ahi Tuna, and Prime Rib from the U.S.’s top ranches — we’re sorry fam, but we just can’t pull that off on our own.

Pearl Street Grill & Brewery

Okay so technically speaking, this isn’t a dinner. Okay it’s not a dinner at all. It’s a party, a great party. So after your fancy dinners and all that family time, head over to Pearl Street for their annual, 4 stories of joy, Christmas party.

The WD Bar & Grill

 1 Fulton St / Buffalo |  (877) 873-6322

The downtown casino’s restaurant will be open with their regular menu on Christmas Day from 5 – 9:30 pm, with their bar menu available from 9:30 – 11 pm.
Wherever you choose to go, be sure to book your reservations ASAP — you don’t want to miss out and end up with burnt, crusty casseroles for Christmas dinner now do ya.
