The Black Sheep Restaurant & Bar is truly a WNY stand out, not only in their uniquely fine cuisine, but their “unrelenting commitment to locally sourced produce & sustainably raised meats”. Chef/owner Steve Gedra and his GM/Baker wife Ellen regularly push the envelope with new and different dishes. You have to sample the local pork, we love the beet salad when available, brunch is awesome as are Ellen’s desserts.
