Part art installation. Part dive bar. Full restaurant. A fine dining dive bar. It started when we built a parametrically derived sculpture (a playful seating and bar structure based on the Erie Canal) to sit and stand around. ulinary talents of Chef Benjamin Pecoraro and mixologist / sommelier Adam Lauer jumped on board to run the joint. The collective team realized they could combine all their favorite things into a unique approach to fine dining; offer elevated food and drink with the laid back vibes of a dive bar. Drink a 40 with your tasting menu. Enjoy a cocktail, glass of scotch or biodynamic natural wine with your pizza… Choose your own adventure but please always Have fun while you do it.
