The approach towards coffee at public is somewhat of a departure from the norm in Buffalo. Opting for highly graded coffee beans and local ingredients, our menu steers away from artificial syrups and flavors. Our goal as coffee roasters and baristas is to highlight and draw out the natural features and qualities intrinsic to properly grown, processed and roasted coffee beans. We always recommend trying coffee black before adulterating, but we dose for a strong cup of coffee, so we’ll never judge if you need to add a little here and there.
