Brewed Just a Little Different. Our humble little home was once a day care, dance studio, karate facility and most recently a collection agency. It is now fully converted into a small batch brewery with industrial rustic décor. Including a 900sf tap room and 1800sf outside bier garten tucked away in a peaceful nature setting behind the Ebenezer Ale House.
Jay, Dave and Scott each had the idea of starting a brewery for many years and all were part of the WNY Beer Club, an organization started by Jay in 2009. After a series of beer events in 2013, we found that we shared the same mutual goal of making great tasting hand crafted brew and decided to team up and take the plunge to start the brewery together. After two daunting years of planning, design, construction and fundraising, RNBC is proudly serving some of the most unique and flavorful beers WNY has to offer!
WHAT CAN CUSTOMERS EXPECT?
We specialize in making handcrafted beers designed and made by our head brewer Dave Johnson, who has over 25 years of home-brewing experience. Dave is a certified beer judge and past winner of many competitions for both beer and cider. Awards include his Oktoberfest, Milk Stout, Pedal Pusher, Belgian Dubbel and both Apple and Pear Cider. We are really looking forward to bringing you his award winning brews this coming spring 2015!!
Our RNBC brand is evident through our beer, image and industrial rustic designed brewery. We pay attention to the details in every step of our brewing process, and in every aspect of marketing design. Our location is our image and a sense of place is critical to the success of a brewery. In this business, image is as important as the beer – our image will always reflect quality and dedication to WNY and our storied beer culture.
A personal touch. Jay, Dave and Scott are hands on owners who share a passion to show their labor of love to all patrons that make their way to the brewery.
Beer is about a good time. We love beer but were not beer snobs. We look forward to sharing a beer with any and every beer fan and have a style to suit everyone including those new to Craft.
Customers want a brewery in a safe and comfortable area, which we have. Customers expect to be able to find and access the brewery with convenience, which we provide. They expect a facility that is welcoming, clean and delivers more than just beer. Food, ambiance and the occasional live music option will be offered as well as a working relationship with the Ebenezer Ale House.
