Curly's has undergone a lot of transformation over the years. Famous for their Jerk Chicken and Black Bean soup for years, they have grown to include many new items that mix with old and this is now a great venue for all occasions - perfect for family, weekday lunch, romantic dinner, or a quick cocktail. Don't forget about their newish banquet facilities.
72 beers on tap, a grand, old industrial building, long list of fine bar grub and even a childrens' menu. This place is a no brainer and a great addition to one of the best little food and drink towns in America. If you’ve never been to a Griffon Gastropub location, there’s a few things you should know. They take service very seriously. While the DNA of the pub is anything but formal, the service is excellent.
This rejuvenated space offers an awesome beer list, a nice selection of burgers, sandwiches, and Buffalo food; and plenty of space to check out the game on TV. Expect a good crowd on weekend nights, and be sure to check out the patio in the summer.
This Orchard Park institution and has been pushing out great Beef on Weck and down home fare pretty much forever. Thankfully, very little has changed, including the decor, since the early sixties, in spite of a recent reopening. Devoted customers claim the BOW (and beef in general) is the best in town and we find it hard to argue. We love the German Potato Salad., and the old fashioned folks atmosphere.
What can one say about simple elegance. This place is so comfortable their biggest problem is getting customers to leave so they can turn over the tables. The charcuterie is only the greatest food item since the chicken...or is it the egg? Everything is super fresh/locally sourced and the brick oven pizza's are special. A great bar and intelligent beer/wine lists makes this place a great find and a hard get. [try the pickle plate too]
Sneaky good is the first thing that comes to mind. Sure one would expect fine wines, clever cocktails, and great craft beers in this locale on Allen. You'll get all of that and more - like really good food. Did we mention their great whiskey selection? Winner! Hurry in before everyone knows.
Carte Blanche's menu is based on seasonally appropriate, locally sourced meat and produce with an emphasis on house-made. The cuisine is New American with a lean toward French. Their well trained kitchen and bar staff serves up delicious chow and delectable drinks with equal integrity. We'd throw some recommendation at you but the menu changes up so fast it's hard to keep up.

Local Kitchen & Beer bar is a tribute to local food and beer in Buffalo. They offer a huge selection of local beer on tap, handsome wood paneled walls sourced from local barns and plenty of TVs to catch the game.
In our opinion Toutant is among the best restaurants in the city, joining the Buffalo stalwarts and a few 2014 startups, shuffling in what we hope is a new era in WNY. The focus here is food, just one of the things we love about this place.
Marble + Rye specializes in meat and whiskey - these are a few of our favorite things. The understated brick walks, high ceilings and hard hitting bar scene rounds out the +. In truth they offer plenty more, and whatever you choose will likely be no-frills delicious.
Juicy Burger is a much loved little spot in the 'burg that serves that little something of which Buffalo/America just can't seem to get enough. As simple as it seems Juicy does a superior job of making America's fav something special. A strong list of 11 varieties with GREAT rolls, the requisite condiments, and good fries rounds out the menu. Add a nice beer and wine list, some craft cocktails and you have yourself the fixin's of a juicy meal.
