The trend across the country is NOT to sit down to a big meal at a resturant anymore. Great sandwich bars are exploding in popularity, so Taste was born and is now the “hottest place in town”! When you enter Taste you are enveloped in the moody music of the 1940’s and the grillmaster calling out names such as Marilyn Monroe, Lucille Ball and Humphrey Bogart. This trendy bistro feels as though you are walking into an updated Manhattan warehouse. Taste is filled with treasures, like the counters made from an East Aurora bowling lane and a metal sign from the 50’s found in a salvage yard. Authentic lighting was picked up from old factories in the city which helps set the tone. But, the best part is the FOOD! Taste is just edgy enough to be unique, yet delicious enough to appeal to everyone’s palette for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Try making s’mores right at the table… And don’t forget the nightlife; live music, great desserts and awesome fun!
