Santora’s Pizza Pub & Grill has been a staple in the WNY community for 93+ years. Their latest venture involves brewing their own beer.
This Buffalo-based pizzeria is expanding by opening their first restaurant with a full brewhouse facility in the Walden Galleria Mall. They have 30+ beers on tap right now, and they hired a brewmaster because they plan to brew their own beer under the name 1927 Brew House.

Santora’s story started back in 1927 when Fioravanti Santora started making and selling pizza in the Buffalo area. They eventually became the first to sell pizza throughout Western New York. The first Santora’s Napoli pizzeria opened in 1942 on Seneca Street in the city of Buffalo. Today the third generation is carrying on the same Santora tradition.
