This upscale dining restaurant offers a fine dining experience for less. Savor is unique because it’s run by students at Niagara Falls Culinary Institute who are training for their careers.
When it comes to cooking, there’s nothing quite like hands-on experience and that’s exactly what these students are getting. Students who are enrolled in the Culinary Arts, Pastry Arts and Hospitality programs have the opportunity to showcase their talents at Savor.

As these students are learning about classically prepared cuisine, presented in today’s modern style, they are putting their new knowledge into practice in a state-of-the-art kitchen.
If you’re interested in supporting these aspiring chefs, stop by for a meal. Savor offers a prix-fixe lunch and dinner menu on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. At $15 for a three-course lunch and $25 for a four-course dinner, it’s definitely a good deal.
