There is still plenty of football left to watch this season. We know that Buffalonians aren’t afraid of a little snow, but for those who simply just prefer to watch the game inside, in the warmth, we’ve created a guide of our go-to bars to watch Bills games. These places have an energetic atmosphere, great food and drink specials, and we can’t forget the giveaways. Make sure you celebrate your NFL Sunday right by checking out any of these awesome bars with specials!

Disclaimer: We love a good “specials” post as much as the next Buffalonian, but please remember bars and restaurants tend to change their specials often – which means this info could have changed since the date this article was posted! It was correct at time of publishing, but not guaranteed weeks or seasons later.

1. Thirsty Buffalo

555 Elmwood Avenue, Buffalo NY 14222 | (716) 878-0344 |

Thirsty Buffalo is a classic Elmwood staple bar. There is plenty of space to grab a drink at the bar, and room to celebrate when the Bills score a touchdown. They even have full Game Day Menu filled with tons of game-day necessities like a single order of wings & ½ sheet pizza for $24, 12$ Thirsty Buffalo Famous Bloody Mary, Thirsty Dumpster Plates, Queso Fun Buffalo Dip, Stinger Quesadillas, and so much more! They also have Gluten-Free and Keto Friendly options.

2. Sidelines Sports Bar and Grill

189 Delaware Ave, Buffalo, NY 14202 | (716) 240-9392 |

With a name like Sidelines, I’m sure you can guess that this is a great spot to watch any sporting event. If you chose Sidelines as your designated spot, you need to do us a favor and get a build-your-own Bloody Mary. On Sundays, the bloodies start at $8 and you can choose from an insane list of garnishes such as chicken fingers, pizza logs, and meatballs.

*They are also hooking you up, all Sunday long with crazy drink and snack specials TBA

3. Forty Thieves

727 Elmwood Ave, Buffalo, NY 14222 | (716) 464-3822 |

Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you know that Forty Thieves is a hot Sunday Funday hangout. The bar is filled every Sunday with dedicated Bills fans, and it’s the perfect environment to catch up with old friends, or make some new ones! Also, Forty Thieves serves $5 bloodies and mimosas during the game. I mean who doesn’t want to bop to great music and watch the Bills, all while having a mimosa in hand?! And, they keep the energy up by blasting music during breaks and halftimes too, you know, just in case we need a little extra pep throughout the game.

4. Ebenezer Ale House

4348 Seneca St, West Seneca, NY 14224 | (716) 674-2337 |

We can almost guarantee that you’ll never find a bad seat in the house when dining at Ebenezer Ale House. They just added a huge brand new 65” HDTV in the dining area for fans to watch the game. Every week they have new food specials, so you’ll want to stop in and check them out for yourselves!

On Sundays, Mr. Goodbar has a $10 brunch special- includes 2 breakfast logs, tater tots and a mimosa, $6 double bloody marys, $5 mimosas, and they have amazing beers on draft. Also, they have flat-screen TVs practically everywhere, so you can enjoy the game while playing pool or darts!
