Bottle of Lockhouse Vodka – Surprise a Buffalover (assuming they drink) with a bottle of locally distilled booze by LockHouse Distillery. This was a big item on Buffalo gift guides last year. But we say it still has legs. Thankfully finding a bottle near you doesn’t prove nearly as difficult as last year. That was just nuts. ~$37

They’re high quality, reasonably priced, and very impressive. Plus, whoever you buy these for is more than likely going to use them on you at some point. Public Espresso’s Coffee Nerd Starter Kit – Perfect for your nerdy loved one. (We all have one…or are one for that matter.) This kit from a Buffalo coffee start up helps coffee lovers make the leap to third wave coffee techniques. It includes a coffee mug, a Ceramic Coffee Dripper, 20 Hario Paper Filters, a pound of their fresh-roasted coffee (Roaster’s Choice), and access to their brewing tutorials and guides.
