One of the nation’s largest charity cycling events happens right here in the city of good neighbors and it’s for a cause that’s near and dear to many people’s hearts.

Ride for Roswell brings a community together through a shared mission: to end cancer. It’s a way for Western New Yorkers to join in celebrating cancer survivors, pay tribute to loved ones lost, and raise money to find cures for cancer.

Supporting the Cause

Supporting the Ride for Roswell directly impacts the lives of cancer patients seeking care and hope at Roswell Park. From research and clinical trials down to each patient and their family, your funds directly impact the way cancer is diagnosed, treated, and cured.  No matter how you choose to ride, you’ll be making a difference in the fight to end cancer. And if you can’t ride, you can still support the cause by volunteering your time or donating to a rider!

How to Ride

There are multiple ways to ride this year. You can register as an individual, create a team, or join an existing team.  Plus, with the ride being suitable for all ages, it makes for a great family-friendly adventure!

This year you’ll also find there are new fundraising rewards, starting with your first donation all the way up to $10,000!

The riding options are super flexible too. You can sign up to ride at the Ride for Roswell’s main event at the University at Buffalo on Saturday, June 24, or you can Ride Your Own Way throughout the summer.

The Routes

Some changes this year include the return of the Canada route. This 44-mile route is back, which takes you from Roswell Park, over both the Peace Bridge and Rainbow Bridge, and ends at UB. Plus, with the move across campus at UB, there will be more space to enjoy the Ride.

With 9 different routes to choose from, ranging from 5 to 100 miles, there’s really a Ride Day experience for every skill level.
