Listen, if we’re being honest, there aren’t many events happening this summer. That’s not to say there isn’t plenty to do – including farmers markets to shop at, restaurant patios to enjoy, and more than several (is that a thing? going with it…) ways to get on the water. Plus, if you haven’t considered grabbing take out and turning it into a picnic in a park, you’re missing out.
But if we’re talking strictly events, there’s not much happening as of now other than the occasional drive-in movie situation.
Which is why when we hear about an event series – mini or not – we want to make sure you know about it.
The Outer Harbor is hosting a Pop-Up Food Truck Series on June 20th, July 18th, August 22nd from 3pm-7pm (325 Fuhrmann Blvd., Buffalo).
New this year, the first grab and go Pop-Up Food Truck Series sponsored by Community Beer Works will hopefully feature 7-8 food trucks.
The event is “grab and go”, but guests are welcome to bring a blanket or chair and enjoy the lawn space by the water while social distancing.
