As far as we’re concerned, the best mornings start with an epic brunch, especially after a long night of shenanigans. Hair of the dog to the rescue. Buffalo restaurants have been making a legit effort to step up their brunch game lately, and we’re not complaining. Come Saturday and Sunday mornings, brunchin’ is at the top of everyone’s to-do list, so we figured you might want to know the details on the Italian-style brunch in Downtown Buffalo.

1. Frankie Primo’s has a morning cocktail creation of their own called Orange Bubbles. Vodka, blood orange bitters, and sparkling wine ($10). Pour us one (or three) of those!

3. Sorbet for breakfast, anyone? Frankie’s is serving up a House Melon Sorbetto with fresh melon, Italian cheeses, and prosciutto ($15). We love a good creative spin on an Italian classic!
4. Buffalo is serious about its pizza, and Frankie Primo’s is too. Breakfast pizza on the menu, and they had us at Italian sausage. Plus, there’s roasted peppers, parmesan scrambled eggs, and fontina cheese ($13).
And what’s brunch without drinks? That’s just late breakfast aka not worth it. No worries, Frankie Primo’s has all the classic morning libations covered – Bloody Marys, Mimosas, and Bellinis ($10). We’ll take one of each!
