Jay’s Artisan Pizza has established quite the reputation by tantalizing the taste buds of Buffalonians for years.

Recently, their Neopolitan style pizza earned national acclaim by landing number 28 on a list of ‘the 50 best pizzerias in the United States’. What’s especially remarkable is that the owner, Joe Powers, is just 23 years old. Powers speaks upon his passion for serving the local community delicious pizza, and working with local farmers.
