Another day, another chance for Buffalo’s food scene to receive some much appreciated national recognition. This time it’s not for our wings though, but rather for our pasta!

In a recent article from Food Network, one of Buffalo’s very own made the list of the “Best Pastas in The Country.” After rounding up 98 places across the U.S., it was Chef’s Restaurant’s classic Spaghetti Parmesan that made the cut.

The article states, “The pasta, the most-famous in Buffalo, is so beloved, it’s considered the go-to for many celebratory occasions and milestones. It features spaghetti, tossed in sauce and butter, sprinkled with Parmesan and Romano and covered with slices of mozzarella cheese, then tossed under the broiler until the cheese melts. Those delicious ingredients come together on the fork, when locals twirl it together and dunk it into marinara sauce.”

Anyone else suddenly craving some Chef’s pasta after that description? Because same.
