Lucky for us all #blessed, local company Make Sail Time is making it all happen. Last year, they introduced Buffalonians and travelers from all over the world to our beautiful waterfront by boat, and it’s only gotten better from there.

Rich and Mary Bennett, owners of Make Sail Time are #couplegoals. They are licensed captains who have been sailing, racing, and coaching for years. Touring with them is the complete package. You’ll learn a lot, and have so much fun along the way. The Bennets are total Buffalovers. They love sharing the history of our region, and simply celebrating Buffalo!

Every sailing experience is different. As the passengers, you sail your way. You can stick to the standard informational tour or personalize your sailing experience.  The typical excursion is 2 hours long, but you can book longer trips of 3 or 4 hours. You can bring your own tunes or choose a from the preset playlists.

If you book on a Tuesday or Wednesday night, you can catch a race. Having your own tour guide is the best way to watch these races. The view on a race night is unreal. The Bennetts will explain the race and bring you to the ideal spots to watch it.

When you set sail with Make Sail Time, you’re in for an adventure. Basically you’ll feel like you’re learning the ropes from your new bffs.

If you’re all about the wind, water, and waves, you’ll be all about this experience. Real talk. Call up your crew, and pick a day to get your sail on this summer. Plan ahead because bookings fill up quick, and the FOMO is soooo real.

Sailing with Make Sail Time is already becoming an annual tradition for families and friend groups. Aka you want in on this ASAP.

Last, but naut least. Did we mention The Chronos the Beneteau Oceanis 38 is a beaut? Wave hello to your dream boat. But really, this entire experience is every photographer’s dream aka it’s insta gold.

All in all, this is a must for everyone’s summer bucket list.
