At one point or another, it’s likely you’ve smelled the smokey goodness that fills the air from the KTB’s Bucking Pig BBQ Hut at different fairs, festivals, markets, and what have you. And frankly if you’ve passed by and haven’t stopped to grab some Smoked Wings doused in their fantastic sauce, you’re missing out.
What makes it so gosh darn special? KTB’s Bucking Pig BBQ Sauce blends tomato, brown sugar, pineapple, NYS port wine, apple cider vinegar, double apple wood smoked Wisconsin pork bellies, tropical habanero pepper sauce, and white pepper. Not only is it yummy, it’s all natural, free of preservatives, gluten free, and doesn’t contain MSG.
Their smoky, crispy BBQ wings are so tasty, you won’t even realize they’re not fried. The chicken is juicy, the char gives them a satisfying crisp, and smothering them in that sauce is a game changer. Every bite reveals a dynamite combination of smoke, spice, and sweetness.
If you happen to see KTB’s out and about (at the time of posting you can find them at Moor Pat in Williamsville every Wednesday), enjoy a hearty portion for $12.
Plus, if you’re not feeling wings, they’ve got a Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwich, a Charcoal Grilled Chicken Sandwich, St. Louis Style Ribs, and more. Check out their Facebook for tips on where they’ll be next!
