Warm weather has you looking for ways to stay active and explore the outdoors of WNY? Whether you are looking for low impact walks or testing your muscles on a hike, our region is full of trails and paths perfect for getting your heart beat going. Check out some of our suggestions below:

1. Take a Walk

2. Go for a Run

3. Go for a Hike
