When it’s your first time trying something new, it can be intimidating but it doesn’t have to be. The right people and resources can make a world of difference!

Putting on a pair of gloves for the first time can be exciting with the right motivators in your corner. If you’ve never tried boxing before, the team at Level Red Boxing is here to help.

Boxing is this studio’s speciality and they have options for every skill level, including first-timers.

Here’s what to expect for your first class at Level Red Boxing:

All you need to bring is comfortable clothes and a water bottle. Everything else will be ready and waiting for you, including complimentary boxing gloves, protective hand wraps, towels, and a heart rate monitor.

You’ll want to arrive 20 minutes before your first class starts to meet your motivator. When you arrive, they will walk you through everything, including wrapping your hands, putting on a set of gloves, and showing you the different moves.

The goal is simple. Your motivator is here to set you up to be as comfortable as possible before class even begins.

When class starts, there’s large monitors that display the current exercises and rep count. This way, it’s easy to know what exercise you should be doing, how to do it, and how many reps to do. Don’t worry, your motivator will be available to help guide you throughout your class too.

If you’re interested but still feeling nervous watch this short video before you sign up for an even better idea of what to expect when you take a class here.
