We love us some sushi, so naturally, as this famous Hawaiian dish, poke, starts to pop up more and more around Buffalo, we’re freaking pumped about it. With the main ingredient generally being fresh, high quality, sushi grade raw fish and plenty of delicious ingredients, what’s not to love? You can’t go wrong with what’s basically a dissected sushi roll. Where can you get these amazing poke bowls, you ask? All around town!

This primarily Japanese and Burmese restaurant added fresh poke to the menu to mix it up a bit. You seriously need to try their drowning salmon app while you’re there, too.
