Day 1:

Stop 1: Swain Ski Resort
If you love to ski, you have to hit the slopes at Swain. As the oldest independently run ski resort in Western New York, it’s a long-time favorite for locals and out-of-town visitors. They have 35 trails and 5 lifts, which means there’s something for every age and ability.
Stop 2: Woodlawn Distilling
After a day on the slopes, you’ve earned a winter warmer. You’ll find plenty of cocktails to keep you warm and cozy when you visit LivCo’s newest distillery. Woodlawn Distilling is run by a young local brother-sister team and all of their locally sourced liquor is made with ingredients used from the family farm.
Stop 3: Boriken
On a cold winter day, comfort food goes an extra long way. When you’re hungry for a tropical escape from the winter weather, head to Boriken for a bite. This authentic Puerto Rican restaurant serves fresh, homemade favorites including stuffed mofongos, which is a mashed plantain stuffed with chicken, fried pork, skirt steak, shrimps, or veggies.
