Explore & More is introducing a brand-new interactive cooking series called Chef du Jour. 

This series will feature some of the most talented chefs in the area throughout October, November, and early December. The best part? You can tune in right from the comfort of your own kitchen. 

Each evening will feature a different chef, sharing their favorite recipes via live video.  Your ticket comes with an ingredient kit complete with everything you will need for a delicious meal for two. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to cook along with the chef and ask questions.

Friday, October 30, 7 p.m.

Chef Mansi Demla from Tulsi and Pastry Chef Lauren Baynes from Bread by Baynes will be preparing an Italian-Indian Fusion meal. This pair has worked together at pop-ups in the past, and can’t wait to show you how well Italian and Indian cuisines complement one another.

Straight from Jamaica, Chef Darian Bryan brings the heat. He started The Plating Society to offer boutique chef services to foodies all around Buffalo.. He will be sharing one of his favorite recipes with you, and desserts provided by Rich Products and Buffalo Cake Pops.

Monday, November 16, 7 p.m.

Chef Warhol will take you inside the kitchen at Oliver’s. He is a young talent from Buffalo, New York, whose innovative culinary vision has taken him around the world. When you tune in, you’ll have the chance to experience his passion for local, fresh ingredients as well as international influences. 

 

Tuesday, December 1, 7 p.m.

Chef Adam Goetz has been catering to Buffalo for 10+ years, and he’s added to the up-and-coming culinary scene in Buffalo. Come December 1, he will take you inside the kitchen at Craving for a meal to remember.
