This artisan gallery was born during the pandemic. When art shows and festivals were cancelled, Melissa Buckley saw an opportunity to support local and regional artists.
She opened The Rusty Button Shop in East Aurora with a specific mission in mind. She wanted to create a place where artists, including herself, could continue to create and sell their work.
This gallery is like an art festival that is happening all year long. You can find work from over 46 different local artists in one place, and the displays are always changing.
You’ll find original work by jewelers, painters, fiber artists, mixed media artists, sculptors, photographers, furniture makers, assemblage and collage artists, artisan soap makers, wood turners, and more.
