For a night of fine dining, Gertie’s Scratch Kitchen is the place to go. And bonus here, you’ll find a gorgeous outside courtyard complete with Edison lights and fireplace tables where you can enjoy dinner and a glass of wine. Looking for a good slice of Buffalo-style pizza? You’ll also find Bocce Club Pizza’s famous pizza in Clarence Center. Plus, this location also has burgers and crowd-pleasing desserts!

Support Local Businesses

Everyone deserves to treat themselves every now and again!

For shopping visit the recently awarded Business of the Year, The Perfect Gift, offering WNY made items, decor, clothing, accessories, jewelry, wedding gifts, and baby gifts. Gift wrapping is another nice touch found here in this retail boutique located in a beautiful brick historic building.

For those with a sweet tooth, step into Dawn’s Candy Shack where you’ll find old-school jars and new school favorites for every age, & colorful goodies throughout ! If you’re in the mood for a salty treat, head to Papa’s Roadside Popcorn, where you can smell it roasting in the air! Indulge in traditional, savory, and sweet gourmet popcorn!

To spoil yourself, visit the full-service Salon Valeria to change up your look, or head over for a trim and styling at the Center Barber House.

Learn the History

Clarence Center has some of the oldest historic homes and landmarks around, including the historic 1872 Eshelman Building at the four corners, and the Birch Lawn House. You can also enjoy the story of history highlights on lamppost banners throughout the heart of town.

Shop the Farmers Market

A local farmers market is one of the best places to stock up on fresh foods and veggies. You’ll find the Four Corners farmers market every Saturday 9-1pm June through October in the friendly Bank on Buffalo parking lot located at 9470 Clarence Center Rd. It’s quaint & personable with genuinely friendly service & so is the local bank that offers its space. So many special things about the welcoming people in this small town !

Explore the Garden Walk

This little town is known for its scenic bike and walking paths. One of their favorite traditions is called Bikes in Bloom, where bikes pop up at businesses and residential lawns decorated with live flowers. This is a community effort where organizations and even solo participants can join in on the fun of designing and creating these bikes.

Attend Fall Fest

The festival of all festivals takes place in September. The streets close down for a hometown celebration with food trucks, live music, kids games, vendors, and local merchants and restaurants are open for 2022 Fall Fest on 9/17 starting at 4pm.
